The hotel was centrally located next to the New Bridge and bullring, providing easy access to major attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Underground parking was available on-site, simplifying vehicle access. The building featured old Spanish style with character, while breakfast was noted as very good. Nearby unloading areas facilitated luggage handling efficiently.
