The villa was located in a quiet square with fountains and pomegranate trees, offering a private courtyard with a chimenea for barbecues. Both bedrooms were spacious with ample storage, and the bathroom featured an excellent shower. The kitchen was adequately equipped for meal preparation, while the washing machine and clothes hanger added convenience. Air conditioning kept the house cool during hot weather, complemented by a log burner in the living room.
