Situated on the edge of historic Ronda, the property offered fantastic views over the countryside and town. The location was quiet and private, yet within a 10-15 minute walk to the old town center. Parking was available inside a closed area next to the building. The house featured multiple rooms including a large kitchen and dining room, as well as a small pool with scenic views. Appliances included a refrigerator with freezer, stove, microwave, washing machine, and outdoor clothes drying space.
