The apartment was located close to the city center, within a short walk of the old bridge and plaza with spectacular views. The building featured secure access, a lift, and quiet neighbors. The flat was compact, bright, clean, and well-equipped with modern kitchen appliances and efficient air conditioning. Parking was available next door free overnight, while shops and a pharmacy were conveniently nearby on the ground floor.
